本ウェブサイトに掲載されるプロジェクト（以下「本件プロジェクト」という。）および本件プロジェクト内に位置するサービスアパートメント（以下「本件サービスアパートメント」という。）は、1 RESIDENTIAL TOKYO LICENSING, L.L.C.,又はその関連会社（以下「ライセンサー等」と総称する。）により所有、開発又は販売されるものではなく、ライセンサー等は、本件サービスアパートメント、本件プロジェクト又はこれらのいかなる部分についても、一切の表明又は保証を行わず、一切の責任を負わないものとします。
森トラスト株式会社又はその関連会社（以下「ライセンシー等」と総称する。）は、1 Homes ®および1 Hotels & Homes®というブランド名並びに一定の1 Homes ®及び1 Hotels & Homes®ブランドの商標（以下「ブランド商標」と総称する。）を、ライセンサーから取得した限定的且つ非独占的なサブライセンス不可且つ譲渡不可の条件付きライセンスに基づき、本件プロジェクトにおける本件サービスアパートメントのマーケティング及びリースに関して使用します。
上記のライセンスは、更新されずに解除され又は満了する場合があり、その場合は、本件サービスアパートメント及び本件プロジェクトのいかなる部分も、1 Homes ®又は1 Hotels & Homes®ブランドのプロジェクトとして識別されず、また、ブランド商標を使用する権利を有しません。

The project described herein (the “Project”) and the serviced apartments located within the Project (the “Serviced Apartments”) are not owned, developed, or sold by 1 RESIDENTIAL TOKYO LICENSING, L.L.C., or their respective affiliates (collectively, “Licensor”) and Licensor does not make any representations, warranties or guaranties and shall have no liability whatsoever with respect to the Serviced Apartments, the Project or any part thereof.

MORI TRUST CO., LTD., or their respective affiliates (collectively, “Licensee”) uses the 1 Homes ® and 1 Hotels & Homes® brand names and certain 1 Homes ® and 1 Hotels & Homes® brand trademarks (collectively, the “Brand Trademarks”) in connection with the marketing and leasing of the Serviced Apartments at the Project under a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable (except with express permission), non-transferable, conditional license from Licensor.  The foregoing license may be terminated or may expire without renewal, in which case neither the Serviced Apartments nor any part of the Project will be identified as a 1 Homes® or 1 Hotels & Homes® branded project or have any rights to use the Brand Trademarks.
